Micro-preemie baby bonnet,
Some of you requested to see the wool I dyed 'in action' so to speak! Here it is - the start of new socks for ME! I love wearing home-made socks in the winter. It's a tad too hot outside here now to wear wool socks but come October, they will feel so good.
I am not real creative with socks and I only use one pattern. I cast on 44 sts and split them onto 3 needles 14-16-14- then I knit 1 purl 1 for the ribbing and then I just knit in the round for the leg.
This wool is making some pretty socks let me tell you!
I have been working on creating a micro-preemie baby bonnet pattern since I got my Carewear newsletter the other day. There was a photo in there of a tiny preemie bonnet, and they had no pattern for it. Someone maybe found the original, but I created something that I think looks close for them:

I wanted to remind all of you about this beautiful fireside. For those of you who aren't familiar with the movie 'The Testaments', it is a lovely movie about the Savior and how he touched lives in the Holy Land and also on the American Continent shortly after His death and Resurrection. This fireside is so uplifting. My friend Tomas Kofod and his sweet wife Ane Marie speak of their lives, and conversions to the Gospel and ultimately of the events and trials that led up to Tomas being chosen to play the part of the Savior in this movie.
If you have ever doubted if the Lord is aware of you, and your little problems, this CD will assure you that He is very aware in the minute details of your days. I really recommend this as a gift for you, and for your family and friends, not just because Tomas is my friend, but because I know how much this CD brightens my days as I listen to it over and over.

Hug the ones you love and don't forget to tell them too!
Love,
Bev
