Our sweet little Lucy died in the middle of the night on Saturday. I miss her, especially when I take a nap because she always used to snuggle up under my arm and purr. Mike buried her next to the pine tree near my garden and I placed a few rocks around the grave with a material rose in the ground. Sounds crazy, but she was my 'baby'...
I will move onto something else because writing about her just makes me cry, and I have shed tears enough for her this past week. She knew she was loved.

Don't have much to post tonight. My girls are serving in the Vegas Temple right now, doing Baptisms for our ancestors, with the mutual kids. It's Katie's first time. What a loving service she is providing for someone who never heard of the Gospel and I hope she feels that warmth and the love of Christ from doing this.
I have been a bit overwhelmed lately,but I will snap back to normal, and there will be more blogs and fun -- I know I need to delve into my scriptures more deeply so I can feel that comfort and peace. =)
