So much cuteness and a challenge!!!

All that cuteness in one bundle!

Here are a couple more photos of little Jackson, and a special challenge for anyone who wants to participate.

This week in honor of my new grandson, I will be knitting or crocheting 6 items for charity, since he was born on July 6th, and I challenge you to choose a charity and make 6 items before next Tuesday. It can be anything from booties, to hats, to pony holders or scarves, or mittens... doesn't really matter as long as they are made with love and given to someone in need.

My Bev's Charity Challenge group came up with this idea, and I love it! Many of those ladies are making the items blue for little boys to honor Jackson. He is only 3 days old and helping others already! I am knitting a pair of blue socks so far for LDS Humanitarian where they are needed to warm little orphans. But you can make anything you want, in any color you want. I hope all you knitters will join me!

Maybe if you don't knit, crochet or sew, you could choose a fave charity and donate $6 this week?

Ok- a couple more photos...

Jackson with his daddy, my eldest son, Shaun.

Hug the ones you LOVE!!!

What a great idea! If I can't get 6 things made, I'lll surely find $6 in his name. What a great way to celebrate the beginning of his life here on earth. LOVE IT!!!

Awe, such a sweet little bundle. I have a new neice, and I could never get tired of looking at newborns. :)
