NEW US citizen!!

I finally did it, all the steps, and I made it!
Yesterday, 2-11-2011 I became a citizen of the United States of America!!

I promise I will post pix and info about it when I get a chance. My son Shaun took a photo of me with the judge who swore us in, and I got one of the federal building in Vegas where it happened.

More later...

Hug the ones you love!!
Bev

Well here's a star spangled yippeee!
Congratulations! I have followed your site for such a long time and have used so many of your patterns for my charity, I guess it's about time I let you know what a blessing you are lol!
I have had my charity for a long time but just started a blog about it. I was wondering if you would be so kind as to put me on your charity link list. Of course you will be a link on mine.
Thanks and have a great day!

Congratulations Bev!!! I am so proud of you. I have been a big fan of your website for years and I love the patterns so much that you create. Your work is beautiful. You have been my inspiration to learn to knit and crochet, especially in times when I was just learning and thought I just would never figure it out. Your work inspired me to keep going and keep trying and on days when I am feeling really blue or my depression is acting up I love to go to your site and read it over and over. You even inspired me to make 30 premie caps and donate them this past christmas to our NICU at the childrens hospital. Please don't ever stop creating and inspiring all of us crocheters , because sometimes it is the one bright spot in our day.
